the boys have been excited that skateboarding season is back, so last night ashley 
and i joined them at the heber skate park to chit chat while they skated.


(this is our friend bryan who got his LDS mission call yesterday, and he's going to singapore!)

they were having a good ole time...


...just about until this happened.
nicolaus twisted his ankle prettaaay badly.
luckily we had (future) dr. jake to help out.
am i a bad wife for still taking pictures when he's injured? probably...
