let's go surfing


i always tell nicolaus that out of all his hobbies, surfing is my favorite. 
i think it's the prettiest sport to watch. 
and i can be curled up in the warm sand with a book while watching it.

it's just a win-win experience all around.
i dream of the day when we can live closer to the ocean and these 
times can be a more regular occurrence in our lives...

these are some photos of the boys getting there fix over the weekend in newbury park :)

    1. no, i've tried it a few times but i can barely stand up! ha it's my husband that loves to do it and i mostly just love to watch :)

    1. aw thanks! :) and i don't live in australia...it's my dad's side of the family that lives there so i just get to visit :) and they live in a suburb 20 mins outside of sydney and i absolutely love it there!!
