in honor of october being mine and nick's anniversary month i put together a mix of our love songs. songs that will forever remind me of falling (and re-falling) in love with nicolaus. some may be a bit cliche and on every love song mix out there, but those are the ones that remind me of bonding over with nicolaus very early on in our relationship. i remember discovering that we had such similar tastes in music and making that already instant chemistry that much stronger. some remind me of nicolaus trying to win me back after we broke up. some remind me of those perfect moments of music turned up and windows rolled down letting in the ocean breeze. some remind me of slow dancing together on our wedding day. and some remind me of him whispering the occasional lyric in my ear and holding me in his arms as i drift off to sleep.

DeleteOh yes Band of Horses. That was the first Band of Horses song I heard when I was about 16 and it's a song that's perfect for fall. I first head that song in October after a friend of mine went hiking. Ever since then, this song has always reminded me of happy fall feelings. Great playlist :)
