on sunday sweet little lilla was given an lds baby blessing. it was so beautiful and i was so happy that my family could make it down to arizona to be there for it. plus the brunch afterwards wasn't too bad :)
it's just crazy too me that it seems like just yesterday we were in arizona for gwenna's blessing, but that was nearly three years ago! and how big she is now - especially compared to lilla. i can't believe how time just marches on and seems to go quicker and quicker. sometime it kinda freaks me out how that happens and the whole process of growing older, but at the same time it reminds me how quickly this life can pass you by and how it's important to live it to the fullest. i really love that quote when m. scott peck said, "until you value yourself, you won't value your time. until you value your time, you will not do anything with it." it just reminds me how important it is to not wish away your days waiting you were better or more like someone else because that's only going to stunt your progression and waste your beautiful, unique life.
Congratulations!!

aw thank you!! it was a birthday dress from anthropologie and it's on sale right now if you're interested!
Deleteanthropologie is one of my favorite places. I like to run my fingers along all of the dishes and book spines and pretend it is my own home filled with such wonderful things. and I especially love to sort through all of the drawer pulls.

When I was pregnant and researching cloth diapering, I wanted to try all the different kinds out. I bought one or two of nearly everything: different brands of prefolds, all sorts of All-In-Ones, pocket diapers with snaps, pockets with velcro, etc etc!
